Article 1 : PRICE, AVAILABILITY, AND DELIVERY OF ITEMS.
All items bought on webjazzline.com must be paid for in euros.
All items that appear on the screen are in stock at the moment you order. Your parcel will be shipped via standard post within one business day from when you place your order. The delivery time to a destination in Metropolitan France is usually 2 days. For items shipped internationally, the delivery time will vary depending on the destination of the item.
Webjazzline.com will not be held responsible for any delayed deliveries.
Article 2 : ONLINE PAYMENTS
All customers must pay by either credit card or bank cheque (subject to the further information on bank cheques, below).
If you are using a card that is from a bank situated outside France, this card must be an international credit card.
The credit card and personal data that we capture from our customers when an order is placed is encrypted and is then processed by our partner, the French bank le Crédit Agricole, who is solely able to decrypt this data. The encryption is effected using the SSL protocol - Secure Socket Layer – which is commonly used throughout the world for online credit card transactions.
We only accept bank cheques in euros and that are drawn from domestic banks in either France or Monaco. Where payment is made by such a bank cheque, we will deposit the cheque with the bank as soon as we receive the cheque. The items that you have ordered will be reserved at the time you order and then sent to you when we receive validation from the bank that your payment has been successfully processed.
Article 3 : PERSONAL DATA
We are committed to protecting all personal information that you provide to us to complete your order. This information will be treated with the strictest confidentiality as required by law.
Article 4 : GUARANTEES AND MONEY BACK
All CDs, DVDs and T-shirts that are sold on webjazzline.com are new and are guaranteed against all defaults. We guarantee that all vinyl records sold on webjazzline.com conform with the descriptions that appear online.
If an item that you have ordered is defective or in the case of a vinyl record does not conform with the online description, we are committed to exchanging the item for another identical item and reimbursing any reasonable postage costs you have incurred in returning the item to us.
If we can't provide a replacement item or if you don’t want a replacement item, we will provide you with a credit note for the same amount including reasonable postage costs that you have incurred in returning the item to us.
If you wish to obtain a refund for a new item (i.e. CDs, DVDs and T-shirts), you must send this item to us within 7 days of receiving it.
We will then give you your money back.
We will not accept unsealed CDs and DVDs for exchange or refunds.
We will not reimburse you for any postage costs you have incurred in sending new items to us for refund.
In either of these cases, please provide us with the invoice number for the order.
